• In only 18 weeks I am making the same income I made at both my former jobs PLUS covering a fair portion of what Linda made also at her 4 day / week job, ALL in working ONLY 3 days per week.

• My Initial Fee / Subsequent Fee went from $65 / $55 to $98 / $65 respectively

• For the last 10 weeks my average weekly income has increased by 72% compared to 18 weeks ago

• A turn over of more than $1,000,0000 which we achieved by the 30th June 2010 for that financial year and we are making more this year.
• Working less hours and having three days off at a time and earning the same income from the clinic.
• Since January 30th 2010 we have had 5 weeks off and we have received our normal income plus we have not had to supplement the clinic costs.
• Monthly talks to the public about different health issues. Many of the people who come have been converted into current clients. It has also been a bonding experience for the practitioners
• We refreshed the look of the clinic
• We have made the roles of two of our receptionists more specific regards to extra responsibility with staff, marketing etc. 
• We have organised practitioner’s times so that they work a whole morning or afternoon rather than arriving mid morning etc.
• We have built an enthusiastic team culture of people working together- still a work in progress but improving
• All practitioners are busy and they are all meeting their targets at the moment
• We have niched some of our services – weight loss (Shake It weight management) and Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

• I have gone out on a bit of a limb and put myself up there as the expert in keeping the over 50’s healthy!
• I have been on a nationwide seminar tour and did radio interviews etc to promote the program for physios as I went around.
• I am working on gaining recognition for physios as experts in this field. I want the over 50’s to make the physio the first person to call when they need advice, help, coaching to improve their health outcomes.
• I am currently writing a module on “return to the Gym” as part of my Actively Ageing package and this is aimed at affiliating physios with gyms in a very professional way. This should have the effect of raising the profile of physios as well as personal trainers

• 6 months after setting my goals I have achieved the following
• A holiday to New Zealand 2 weeks ago
• We didn’t win our category (Wellbeing and Health) in the local business awards but we were Runner Up for “Business of the Year”, we were nominated as one of the top 6 businesses in the region.
• After completing my tax return I am able to pay another $4000 back to my children out of clinic profits
• As at July this year I have started drawing a monthly wage from the business, I get paid before any bills or any other staff
• By the time I am in Byron this week end I will have booked and paid the deposit for a trip to the States to go to Disneyland and Legoland.  This holiday is being paid for with my earnings from the clinic.
• It has taken me 6 months to achieve these goals, and they are goals which I never thought that I could achieve but with the right mindset and motivation I have achieved them.  And most importantly they have helped me put some perspective to the way I manage my business.
